Lost in the Lanes is a new, contemporary café & take away tucked away in Nile Street, in Brighton’s historical Lanes.
Lost offers an inspiring space for people who want delicious coffee and, nutritious, fresh food, served in a stylish setting.
At Lost we feel passionately about making exceptional, ‘real’ food that people want to eat every day. Lost offers early breakfast, all day brunch, and afternoon tea in an easy-going environment with friendly table service. A little bit of restaurant luxury to be enjoyed every day.
We strive to bring our food philosophy to those who are time poor and prefer to take away their food.
We have a changing array of fresh pastries, beautiful salads and sweet treats available throughout the day.
At Lost we have a love of all world foods but our influences are predominantly Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours.
These flavours inspire the vibrant, abundant, freshly made lunchtime salads and sides. The menus have been created by Epicurean chef Claire Drabble.
Claire is an experienced, talented chef whose food reflects our philosophy. She believes in the provenance, sustainability and seasonality of food.
